**Job Descriptions:**  

*Pie presser - Duties include:*  

• Operating various types of machinery to press pie crust.  

• Stacking & bagging shells.  

• Packaging and loading product into the freezer.  

• Max lifting weight is 35 lbs.  

*Dough mixer - Duties include:*  

• Measuring and loading ingredients into the mixer and maintaining the mixing schedule.  

• Dividing dough and stocking press stations.  

• On days not scheduled to mix dough, the role of pie presser will be implemented.  

• Max lifting weight is 60 lbs.  

**Hours:** 07:00-15:00 (7am-3pm)
